The Marketplace Project (Startup Kids Market) is a fun kidpreneur challenge where teams of 2-5 kids (age 7 – 17) create exciting products and services, build their own businesses, decorate their stands & raise money for themselves and a charity of their choice on a market day that brings together the entire school community (faculty, staff, administration, parents, alumni, friends, business partners) to encourage and celebrate the kids’ talents, creations and innovations. Students also participate in a pitching competition where they pitch their business to a panel of industry judges and win prizes.
